Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and testing of cloud-native microservices using Java, SpringBoot, ReactJS, MongoDB and GraphQL
• Interpret requirements into application design and provide technical leadership
• Collaborate with business and QA teams in an agile development environment
• Ensure the quality, architecture, and accuracy of released code
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
• Understand and estimate feature based estimation of functionalities, and ensure on-schedule, and on-scope delivery within quality goals
• Follow proactive vulnerability and secure based development practices
• Act as an individual contributor (very hands-on) and guide and mentor team members
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). • • Proficiency with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or AWS Code Whisperer or Google's Codey (Duet AI) or any relevant tools is expected. Candidates should be adept at integrating these tools into their workflows to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance delivery velocity.
  Expected to proactively leverage AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle to drive faster iteration, reduce manual effort, and boost overall engineering productivity

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 9+ years of hands-on experience in Java and the Spring Framework
• 5+ years of experience building microservices
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud and container tools and technologies
• 3+ years of hands-on experience React.JS
• Practical experience with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
• Practical experience with NoSQL databases, preferably CosmosDB, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Cassandra
• Practical experience with Angular or MongoDB
