Lead Full Stack Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Development of new software functionality in Java
  • Support and maintenance of existing software
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • B.E./B Tech/MCA/M Tech / Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related discipline (16+ years of education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • 8+ years of experience working with programming, scripting languages such as Java, NodeJS, React
  • 8+ years of experience with APIs / micro-services development
  • 4+ experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
  • Experience with event steaming platforms such as Kafka
  • Experience with Cloud platform (AWS, Azure), GitHub actions
  • Experience with DevOps, CI / CD
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks
  • Experience with RDBMS, Snowflake, data bricks, SQL Server
  • Experience working with programming, scripting languages such as Java, NodeJS, React or Angular
  • Experience with APIs / micro-services development
  • Experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk
  • Experience with event steaming platforms such as Kafka
  • Experience with AWS, Azure DevOps, GitHub actions
  • Experience with DevOps, CI / CD
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks
  • Full stack java development experience in container technologies, Kafka, Azure, GitHub
  • Development experience utilizing Agile
  • Proficiency with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or AWS, Code Whisperer or Google's Codey (Duet AI) or any relevant tools is expected. Candidates should be adept at integrating these tools into their workflows to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance delivery velocity
  • Proven ability to proactively leverage AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle to drive faster iteration, reduce manual effort, and boost overall engineering productivity
