Primary Responsibilities:
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
- Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
- Translates concepts into practice
- Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
- Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others
- Acts as a resource for others with less experience
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts
- 5 years of Graphic Arts experience
- 5 years project management experience within a matrix organization
- 5 years of professional design experience
- 5 years experience working with design tools
- 5 years experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated Ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables
- Proven organizational skills
