As a Data Analytics Analyst, you will use advanced database tools to provide specialized data analysis. They organize, sort and filter data in order to distinguish patterns and recognize trends. They develop and maintain data preparation and validation routines to support data mining and have experience in creating complex data mining algorithms. They select, recommend and apply appropriate analytic and statistical methodologies and techniques to execute against an analysis plan or research objectives.

Positions in this function use advanced statistical and inferential analysis programs to provide specialized data analysis. Organizes, sorts and filters data in order to distinguish patterns and recognize trends. Develops and maintains data preparation and validation routines to support data mining and has experience in creating complex data mining algorithms. Selects, recommends and applies appropriate analytic and statistical methodologies and techniques to execute against an analysis plan or research objectives. Creates data warehouses/marts and/or develops data mining analyses to support business decisions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Architect/Design Data infrastructure and loading solutions
  • Design, Develop, and manage data loading processes using established ETL methodologies
  • Develop, enhance, and integrate Data and Business Intelligence Solutions
  • Develop technical specifications and design documents
  • Test Data Warehouses/Data Marts
  • Deploy and Maintain Data infrastructure and loading solutions
  • Build new/support existing SSIS data processing/user interface applications
  • Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
  • Manage operations to ensure data loading processes have completed accurately as scheduled/intended

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in writing complex SQL queries to manipulate, extract and load data
  • 3+ years of Data Analysis
  • Intermediate level of programming knowledge (reporting code) and of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse
  • Ability to understand a data loading process and build QA to ensure accurate data loading
  • Willing to get into the weeds of the data in order to identify patterns
  • Willing to get into the weeds of the data in order to correct discrepancies in a pattern
  • Proven ability to do production level work (operational)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • VB.net/C#.net programming experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with SSIS Data Tools and Development
  • Intermediate proficiency with SSRS development
  • Proven ability to identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
  • Proven ability to solve moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
  • Proven ability to work with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
  • Proven ability to translate concepts into practice
  • Proven to be detail oriented
  • Proven to be process oriented

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
