Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex healthcare data sets using SAS, Python, and Power BI
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven insights and solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior analysts
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- B.Tech, MCA
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics
- Good knowledge on Power BI
- Proficiency in SAS
- Expertise in Python
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven excellent communication skill
- Proven good team player
