As a Data Analyst (Workforce Management & Business Management Operations), you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Management Data Analyst
    • Execute on workforce management activities such as staffing requests, requisition review and approval, planning, and vendor management
    • Analyze workforce management data and generate and communicate results
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, alignment to forecast, and opportunities for optimization and added value
    • Understand technology financials and assist with making appropriate workforce decisions.
    • Provide backup coverage for workforce management leadership
    • Build and maintain decision-support tools using Power BI or other similar software
    • Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders through both written and verbal communication
    • Drive innovation and deliver enhancements using AI
  • Business Management Operations Analyst
    • Prepare reports and presentations, summarize findings, and make data-driven recommendations
    • Develop a dashboard to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of various business initiatives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiencies
    • Support organization with proactive and productive communications
    • Drive innovation and deliver enhancements using AI
  • Gain a working knowledge of technology portfolio management
    • Utilize forecasting models and tools to project future technology demand and plan for capacity
    • Learn about technology financials, and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
    • Provide backup coverage for technology portfolio manager
  • Other
    • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Strategy & Operations Team
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus, as position requires good organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) & other applications a plus
  • High-level MS Excel proficiency with the ability to manage, analyze, and compare large data sets
  • Proficiency with constructing Power BI visuals and dashboards
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data sets
  • Proven good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
