This position is within the creative studio team and reports directly to the Creative Director. This role will primarily support the Optum Marketing Resource (OMR) storefront - a SaaS digital marketing platform designed to provide creative customizations at scale. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled creative professional who is eager to contribute technical solutions in a demanding, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The role requires a blend of strength in basic code development and applying logic, technical problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with a designer's eye to ensure professional output. The candidate must be adept at working within a collaborative team, efficiently processing input, and applying technical problem-solving techniques to deliver effective solutions while meeting critical deadlines. As an individual contributor working under the direction of the Creative Director, and as technical development lead on specific assignments, this person will be responsible for configuring automated solutions that scales our ability to deliver strategic and custom creative.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
Configures new and unique automated solutions that align to project objectives across brands
Works on variable and non-variable creative products that output in a variety of formats
Manages multiple projects while simultaneously maintaining development quality/advancements
Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, both technical and non-technical
Serves as technical lead, as assigned, guiding other creative contributors
Ensures design integrity/standards are maintained post-customizations
Possesses considerable knowledge of the businesses, clients and partners they support
Advances experience/quality/efficiency though adoption of tools and technology
Influences others with their solutioning mindset
Embraces stakeholder input and responds with effective solutions
Adaptable to change, embraces challenges, and responds with creativity and resilience
Works proactively and with minimal guidance

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of creative/development experience in a corporate or agency setting
Experience with developing print-ready and digital creative
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Experience Manager
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
Working knowledge of M365 Suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel and Teams)
Portfolio of work that demonstrates breadth of expertise/abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Fusion Pro or other SaaS marketing automation technology
Figma experience
Proven to be adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments
Demonstrated effective time management and workload prioritization skills
Demonstrated skill at managing input and critical feedback
Proven to be capable of establishing effective relationships with leaders, peers, and stakeholders
* Demonstrated effective collaboration skills in person and virtually (email, phone, video conference, etc.)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
