Are you a subject matter expertise in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? Join us as an Associate Project Manager to coordination and complete projects across various functional areas, define performance and results and you may even assist management with vendors and service providers. You will make presentations to management regarding updates, cycles, results and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Location: Camino Del Rio North San Diego, CA

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and project management support for director level leadership
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, organize agendas, prepare presentations, scribe meetings, and manage meeting action items
  • Provide project management and implementation support for implementation of new business functions, county/state/federal requirements and/or identified process and/or quality improvement opportunities
  • Gather and track key metrics to help manage operations and drive operational decisions
  • Analyze, trend, and forecast operational data to develop, recommend and implement operational solutions
  • Present data, analysis, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Review processes and procedures to identify opportunities to improve quality and/or efficiency
  • Maintain well-kept and functional office space as well as, managing office supplies, outreach materials, equipment, and vendor services
  • Coordinate facility work orders and equipment repairs
  • Provide support for operations including mail and print functions, building and suite access, parking access, supply, and equipment procurement
  • Manage operation's business continuity plan document and emergency response team supplies and training
  • Coach teams and individuals to improve quality and/or efficiency to drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience working within administrative operations in healthcare industry
  • Experience working within a cross-functional capacity and navigating a matrix organization
  • Experience effectively presenting ideas and tactics at executive and non-executive levels, in internal and external settings
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and systems (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must reside in the San Diego, CA area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a unit supervisor or manager
  • Experience with interpreting strategic objectives and translating into action plans
  • Experience coaching individuals/teams to peak performance
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access, and SharePoint
  • Proven ability to quickly aggregate and analyze data and information and draw conclusions
  • Demonstrated investment in personal and professional development through continuing education, mentorship/coaching, and feedback solicitation/implementation
  • Proven excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills

California Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $28.03 to $54.95 per hour.
