We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Reporting Analyst to support the reporting and analytics needs of our Credit Balance - Philippines/Onshore team. This role is critical in enabling operational excellence by delivering insightful, accurate, and timely reports that support data-driven decision-making. The analyst will be responsible for building, maintaining, and delivering compelling data stories that align with business goals and performance metrics.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Excel
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
  
  
  • Quality: 98%
  • Productivity: 100%
  • CPD (Claims per Day): 4.0 and above
  • Attendance: 95%
  • Utilization: 75%
• Support a team of 477 Credit Balance employees by providing timely and relevant performance reports
• Continuously improve reporting processes and recommend automation opportunities
• Leverage tools like Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and AI technologies to enhance reporting capabilities
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven excellent communication and storytelling abilities using data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a reporting or business intelligence role
• Experience in operations or healthcare revenue cycle management
• Familiarity with performance metrics in shared services or BPO environments
