Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees overall end to end functions in Assigned provider function area
  • Provide necessary coaching to all his direct reports and is accountable for their performances
  • Develops functional strategies / plans in line with organizational priorities
  • Lend expertise to internal teams and task forces
  • Identify and solve technical, operational and organizational problems that may arise
  • Implementing corrective actions as and when required, being complaint with organization standards
  • Monitor & Control processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness adherence to company policies
  • Review the status reports of the projects and addresses issues as appropriate
  • Create a participative work environment and thereby facilitate employee satisfaction
  • Complies with and enforces standard company policies and procedure
  • Work closely with the US team and IT team to achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Manage site level transitions and work closely to ensure successful transitions of the projects
  • Plan and implement the staff recruitment process as per the requirements
  • Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities
  • Adopt and promote company's values in day to day functions
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with Project management team and assist in process mapping and improvement plans
  • Involving in all management strategies to improve the overall performance of the organization

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation completed
  • 2+ Years of experience in team handling
  • Proficiency with medical terminology
  • Ability to control project schedule, budget and risk issues
  • Ability to handle difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice and respect for the individual
  • Ability to pursue excellence in all aspects of business
  • Expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change
  • Ability to anticipate internal and external business needs and propose alternative business solutions
