Primary Responsibilities:

• To implement and support Citrix NetScaler and Zscaler solutions
• Design and deploy AWS and Azure cloud network solutions
• Utilize PowerShell for automation and network management tasks
• Plan and execute the design and implementation of new and existing networks
• Perform integration work to ensure seamless connectivity and interoperability
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers
• Document network designs, configurations, and procedures
• Citrix-Specific Duties:
  • Design, deploy, and manage Citrix environments, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Cloud
  • Optimize Citrix infrastructure for performance, security, and user experience
  • Implement Citrix Profile Management and Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS)
  • Utilize Citrix Director for real-time monitoring and diagnostics
  • Manage Citrix StoreFront and Citrix Gateway configurations
  • Conduct regular updates and patch management for Citrix components
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Citrix-related issues
  • Utilize AI tools to improve automation and reporting initiatives, troubleshooting and metrics
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or commensurate experience
• 10+ years of Citrix experience with 5+ years in a sr role as a technical architect or lead
• Extensive experience in network architecture, design, and implementation
• Experience with VPN tunneling and secure remote access solutions
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms
• Solid knowledge of Citrix NetScaler and Zscaler technologies
• Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices
• Proficiency with firewall configuration and management
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for network automation
• Proficiency in Terraform Automation
• Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven solid communication and documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Citrix-Specific Experience:
  • Relevant certifications (eg, CCNP, CCDP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Citrix Certified Professional)
  • Extensive experience with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
  • Experience with Citrix Profile Management and Citrix Provisioning Services
  • Experience with Citrix StoreFront and Citrix Gateway configurations
  • Proficiency in managing Citrix Cloud environments
  • Proven track record of optimizing Citrix environments for performance and security
