As a Technical Pre Sales Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our solutions and delivering unparalleled service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with our Director of Presales Solution Strategy, influencing the direction of our cutting-edge solutions.
- Serve as a proud ambassador for UKG, championing our brand and values.
- Provide essential technical support to our sales team, guiding them in delivering top-tier solutions to our diverse customer base.
- Showcase the power and potential of our UKG One View suite through engaging demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique technical requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead technical reviews of customers' IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with our suite of products.
- Be the go-to expert for customers, guiding them through integration upgrade projects and ensuring their success.
- Actively contribute to our pre-sales process, providing valuable insights and expertise on technical solutions.
- Maintain our demo sandpit environment to ensure it reflects the latest configurations and data sets.
- Work alongside our integration technical team to ensure smooth API integrations with leading HCMs and ERPs.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the HCM and/or Outsourced Payroll sector.
- A minimum of 5 years in a professional pre-sales and/or technical role, such as technical architect, solution architect, or Pre-Sales Consultant.
- Proficiency in relational technical demonstration, technical documentation, technical requirements analysis, service delivery, service design, and information analysis.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and communicate recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation skills, coupled with active listening and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and plan complex tasks in dynamic environments.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering solutions that drive organizational benefit.
- Sharp critical thinking skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for semi-customer-facing responsibilities.
