Print Production Supervisor position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Print Production Associate. The ideal candidate must have worked at least 2 of the 5 years with UKG.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Must be a subject matter expert in all departments including printing, sealing, shipping and quality control
• Prepare weekly production schedule for print production team
• Assist management with all audits, evaluations and timecard
• Provide support to print service team to research escalated print production issues
• Work closely with print production engineers to resolve technical production errors
• Provide support to Print Production team members to resolve advance production issues
• Oversee all miscellaneous print production projects
• Supervising production planning specialist functions:
• Routing of print service jobs to appropriate production facilities (i.e. Memphis, Weston, Outsourced vendors)
• Handling email communication for job changes (re-routes, escalations, deletions, etc.)
• Ensuring SLA's are met
• Is an expert in multivendor/multiprotocol environment
• Monthly meetings with Workplace Services Team regarding office plans/events.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have 3 years of experience working during the year end print production season
- Must have advanced experience with Microsoft Office, FPS (Form and Print Service) Application
- Must have worked at least 2 of the 5 years with UKG.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience successfully managing a large team or group

The pay range for this position is $50,400 to $72,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
