• Lead end-to-end HCM implementation projects for US and Canada clients, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HCM processes such as payroll, benefits, tax, Core HR, General Ledger modules.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Configure, test, and validate HCM system functionality according to client specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on US/Canada regulatory compliance (taxation, benefits, retirement plans, payroll, GL etc.).
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and support clients during go-live.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex HCM-related issues, ensuring high quality of deliverables.
• Stay updated with HCM product enhancements, labor laws, and best practices in the US/Canada region.

• 6-9 years of hands-on experience in HCM system implementation (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of US and Canadian HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance regulations.
• Proven track record of leading functional design, system configuration, and deployment activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
• Experience in multi-country implementations (US & Canada) preferred.
• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Good to have any US payroll certification.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
