Job Summary:
This role supports high-impact special projects within the Office of the President and CFO, helping to advance key enterprise priorities through strategic analysis, financial insight, and executive-level deliverables. Projects may span areas such as capital allocation, strategic partnerships, long-range financial planning, performance monitoring, and board/investor communications.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in financial analysis and strategic thinking, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, executive-ready materials. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, sound judgment, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally.
Key Focus Areas:
Special Projects & Strategic Finance Initiatives
Support a range of high-priority, CFO-sponsored initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic evaluations. Collaborate cross-functionally to support long-range financial planning efforts, including the development of investment cases and monitoring of outcomes tied to enterprise objectives.
Executive Reporting & Insights
Contribute to the development of executive-facing reporting and insights-including dashboards, KPIs, financial models, and board/investor materials. Gather and synthesize data required to support quarterly business reviews and other executive forums. Provide financial context and market benchmarking to support strategic positioning, highlight performance drivers, and inform forward-looking decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Proven experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance, ideally within a high-growth SaaS company or private equity firm.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to execution, working across Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, Strategy, and Investor Relations.
Expertise in setting and tracking KPIs; building executive-level presentations and dashboards; and working with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce, and other data/reporting platforms.
Strong experience developing financial models and business cases, with a focus on clarity, ROI, and executive-readiness, including the ability to craft a clear narrative around key value drivers, risks, and assumptions to support informed decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with precision, discretion, and attention to detail.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
Preferred:
CFA or related certification

The pay range for this position is $142,100 to $204,200, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
