About the Team
The Value Stream Acceleration Services team, part of the Engineering, Product, Innovation and Cloud (EPIC) organization, is responsible for serving a portfolio of value streams that feed into an enterprise SaaS product, with the goal of accelerating the delivery of value to customers. The team is composed of highly skilled practitioners who have expertise in their respective areas and work collaboratively to ensure that value streams are delivering maximum value. The team is committed to driving innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, and is focused on accelerating better outcomes for our people and our customers.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Senior Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our SaaS company and lead transformative initiatives that drive innovation and organizational growth. As a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager TPM, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating complex initiatives, defining technology strategy, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Define and drive the technology strategy and innovation roadmap for the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Program Management: Orchestrate complex initiatives across the organization, overseeing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Communication and Organizational Alignment: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure strategic planning and organizational alignment, fostering a shared vision for success.
Leadership and Innovation: Shape company-wide vision and drive innovation by championing new ideas, methodologies, and technologies that enhance our SaaS offerings.
Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develop strategic financial plans for large-scale initiatives, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Negotiation and Partnership: Shape company-wide policies and partnerships through effective negotiation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem Solving and Innovation: Pioneer innovative solutions for industry challenges, leveraging your visionary understanding of emerging technologies.
Decision Making: Lead the setting of technology direction for the company, making informed decisions that drive competitive advantage and business growth.
Interpersonal Skills: Foster an outcome-based strategy and culture by demonstrating strong leadership skills, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, and championing best practices in program management and execution.

About You
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Exhibit exceptional organizational skills by effectively balancing multiple priorities and dependencies and managing risks and mitigating issues.
Visionary understanding of Platform technologies and their application in SaaS products.
Proven track record in orchestrating complex initiatives and driving innovation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to shape company-wide vision and foster a culture of excellence.
Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with large-scale system architecture
Experience with UKG Product Suites, Tax Services, Service Products or core Payment Solutions services.
Ability to leverage a customer-centric lens to represent the customer's needs and preferences, where applicable
Out-of-the-box thinker and results-driven problem solver, who is excited to dive into tough problems, and committed to delivering clear business outcomes.
Having a continuous learning approach, including the ability to ask relevant questions to understand requirements and context, as well as ability to receive and incorporate feedback
Experience with Aha!, JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI
Preferred certifications include: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM
