As a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition leading recruitment efforts in India, your role encompasses several key responsibilities and strategies to effectively attract and retain top talent.
- Work closely with senior leaders to understand their specific talent needs, provide market insights and provide council on the right approach to drive growth
- Strong leadership, focused on developing, coaching and growing a team of TA Professionals who are critical to our future growth and success in the India market
- Deep market knowledge - strong understanding of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the talent landscape. Build recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the business whilst factoring in local market conditions
- Develop and promote a compelling employer brand that resonates with potential candidates. Highlight the company culture, values, and unique benefits that make your organization an attractive place to work.
- Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process. This can involve targeted outreach to underrepresented groups and creating an inclusive hiring process that values diverse perspectives.
- Use data analytics to track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience, leverage data effectively to influence business decisions
- Focus on providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This includes clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth onboarding process to enhance candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions
- Regularly assess and refine recruitment strategies based on feedback and performance metrics. Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 8 years in a leadership role managing front line managers
- Previous experience working in a global Product/SaaS organisation
- Proven track record of successfully working with senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of compensation, employment laws, and market trends in India.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
