About the Team:
UKG is looking for an experienced change communication and enablement professional to join its Engineering, Product, Innovation & Cloud (EPIC) organization as part of the Value Enablement & Adoption team which is responsible for communications, enablement, onboarding, and continuous learning and innovation programs.
About the Team:
As Change Communications & Enablement Strategist, you will report to the Manager, Communications & Enablement, helping to create and implement communication strategies to support EPIC programs and organizational change initiatives. You will also support the development of tools, resources, and training that help drive successful adoption of changes.

- About the Role
- Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and understanding of how to put EPIC's program, priorities, and processes into practice.
- Create comprehensive change communications and enablement plans that align with corporate goals and values, collaborating with peers and cross-functional teams to determine employee impact and provide counsel on the assets and resources needed for employees to comfortably navigate change.
- Tactically support organizational change initiatives through effective communication and employee enablement.
- Create compelling messaging and multimedia content (e.g., written communications, infographics, web pages, videos, and more) for various internal communication channels (email, intranet, digital signage, etc.)
- Work closely with team and senior leadership, as well as cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.
- Track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of change communication and enablement programs.
This is a hybrid work model, and we are looking for local candidates that are available to be in the office three days per week
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in PR, marketing, internal communications, employee engagement, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to develop and execute change communication, enablement, and change management plans that support desired business outcomes (i.e., strategist and tactician).
- Change Management certification from Prosci® or the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP).
- Forward-thinking, creative individual that values innovation.
- Highly personable with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and the ability to work well across internal teams and cultures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a change management capacity within a technology company.
- Tech savvy and adept at using social media, collaboration, content management, and AI platforms.
- Strong eye for design and visual storytelling.

The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
