About the team:
The UKG Global Partners and Ecosystems Operations team seeks a Senior Business Project Manager to manage programs that support the growth of the partner ecosystem. The Senior Business Project Coordinator will lead partner initiatives to drive the success of our partnerships through operational excellence by taking our partners from development through a successful product launch. As part of the Global Partners and Ecosystems Operations Team, the project coordinator will enable our teams ability to grow a cohesive, strategic partnership program, supporting the go-to-market strategy for our partners, who offer significant product gap resolution and co-sell opportunities.

We are looking for someone that can bring not just experience, motivation, and energy to the team, but someone passionate about operations, alliances, customer experience, and ensuring our processes focus on program growth and sustainability. This team operates in a high-energy and fast-paced environment and requires an individual that is self-motivated and can manage numerous and concurrent initiatives. While attention to detail is crucial, the ability to be flexible, think quickly on your feet, and fully understand impact to the big picture is also important.
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as first line operational support for the Technology partner team within Global Partners and Ecosystems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, sales, and marketing) to launch innovative partnership offerings.
• Independently manage all partner project onboarding projects in our Project Management Tool
• Establish direct relationships with partners, including proactively resolving operational roadblocks, while serving as an internal advocate.
• Prepare complex correspondence, briefing notes and reports in relation to specific projects, initiatives and issues ensuring that projects get delivered on the intended timeline are accurate, timely and have appropriate signoffs.
• Partner and collaborate on program metric updates to ALL partner account records in Salesforce
• Coordinate, schedule, and lead new partner kick off calls setting the stage for successful collaboration.
• Work closely with operation administration in the process of scheduling development meetings and create meeting agendas and track follow-up items
• Lead joint activities and customer selection in support of Early Adopter program
• Collaborate on the creation of Partner collateral for all new partner launches alongside of our Alliances Marketing team
• Assist with all launch activities, inclusive of but not limited to, internal communication, creation of content packs, adding additional content to the Salesforce Partner portal page, requesting content be posted to the customer learning center
• Track, analyze and communicate key metrics as they relate to partner progress through the program
• Independently deliver strategic insights to key stakeholders to help them resolve challenges proactively =
• Help shape new business processes that enhance our ability to measure partner health and use knowledge of best practices to improve processes and increase partner health
• Responsibilities also extend to leading activities to support of our Services partners
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience (UKG internship experience considered)
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience in partner operations, alliances, or ecosystem roles
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience with project management tools, such as Monday.com
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with partner marketing and launch processes

The base salary range for this position is $62,300 to $89,550; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
