Are you passionate about delivering outstanding support and solutions to customers? Do you thrive in an environment where your expertise and attention to detail can make a real difference? We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Specialty Support Representative II to join our growing team.

About the Role:
As a Specialty Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced support for our products and services. You will resolve complex customer issues, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to process improvements in our support operations. This position requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve advanced customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex product and service issues, documenting solutions and sharing knowledge with peers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Tier 1 Support, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to workflows and processes
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals

Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, development, or related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, or cloud-based platform

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is preferred

The pay range for this position is $34,400.00 to $49,450.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
