UKG is looking for a Solution Consultant to join the team in Varna and attend the office 3 days per week.(eight and a half hours working shift) Working time: Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:30.

Job Overview:

UKG is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our new international customer's payroll processes and transferring their payroll data into UKG OneView and our partner payroll engines. You will collaborate closely with our customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations, analyzing data, and implementing payroll best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at the forefront of the payroll industry.

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer and partner delivery for each assigned country on a project, ensuring correct payroll setup leading to successful payroll testing and transition to live delivery.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Solution Consultant on each project and make sure all tasks are completed in accordance with the agreed processes and project timelines.
• Keep the existing internal payroll knowledge base to date, reflecting the latest product/service features and capabilities.
• Take responsibility for effective communication with both customers and partners. (Available channels are email, MS Teams chats and MS Teams/Zoom calls. Ticket system is for internal use).
• Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure a positive and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders of each project.
• Work daily with the UKG One View platform.
• Solve standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment, and precedents.
• Maintain confidential employee data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years' experience post-graduate, in a data orientated environment.
• You are outgoing and customer focused and work well in a team.
• Strong Communicator & good at building Relationships.
• You are Reliable, Confident & Consistent with Strong presentation skills.
• Not afraid to voice concerns and makes suggestions.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
• You will use MS Excel, Outlook and Teams daily.
