• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals, target audiences, and key initiatives.
• Identify and vet influencers based on audience demographics, engagement quality, content style, and brand alignment.
• Build, nurture, and manage influencer relationships, handling outreach, contract negotiation, deliverables, and ongoing communication.
• Partner with influencers to co-create dynamic, on-brand content - including social posts, stories videos, and live activations - that inspire engagement and resonate with audiences.
• Lead end-to-end influencer campaign management: briefing, content approvals, performance tracking, optimization, and team debriefs.
• Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions; deliver insights and recommendations based on results.
• Stay at the forefront of social media trends, influencer best practices, and platform algorithm changes to ensure UKG's campaigns remain competitive and impactful.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all influencer touchpoints, and maximize partnership ROI.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing influencer marketing programs or social media partnerships.
• Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms and analytic tools (e.g., HypeAuditor, CreatorIQ, Tagger).

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Creative eye for compelling content and brand storytelling.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-moving environment.
• Highly collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, solutions-driven.
• Open to feedback and comfortable adapting strategies based on learning and evolving goals.
