Hybrid working model, Varna. Shift: 10:00 - 18:30, Monday-Friday

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Creation and execution of end-to-end project delivery plans, including defining project scope, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of all project phases;
• Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans to include technical, business and customer tasks and deliverables (inputs, outputs);
• Management of RAID Log, Dependencies, and • project documentation;
• Coordinating internal/external resources to ensure project milestones/timelines are met;
• Responsible for successful completion and delivery of all project deliverables and milestones;
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate internal tools;
• Support all Onboarding technical deliverables and activities to onboard a customer and setup for operational success;
• Ensuring first class customer experience while implementing the UKG One View Launch delivery methodology;
• Effectively manage customer expectations, address customer concerns promptly, and providing regular updates throughout the Onboarding process;
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

Role Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in a commercial environment;
• Project Management Certification, strong understanding and experience of PM Principles, tools and techniques;
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a business or technology field;
• Proven track record of successfully implementing software delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall;
• Proven ability to take ownership in business transformation projects;
• Good understanding of system integration principles;
• Strong exposure to software and service delivery;
• Proven track required in best in class Customer Service communications and delivery;
• Desire to develop a deep working knowledge of the global mobility / international payroll landscape.

• First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities, across senior stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
• Embraces the idea that AI tools enhance the project managers effectiveness;
• Excellent attention to detail and time and workload management skills;
• Must be motivated, professional, work on own initiative, with the capacity to be a versatile team player - flexible, proactive and pragmatic;
• Experience creating and managing project plans, RAID Logs, CRs and adherence to governance standards.
