About the Role

Responsibilities

Strategic AI & Learning Leadership

  • Architect and direct the enterprise strategy for AI-enabled talent, learning, and development, shaping a multi-year roadmap that drives measurable business and cultural transformation.
  • Advise C-level and senior executives on the integration of AI in talent strategies to future-proof UKG's workforce.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Influence and orchestrate across the People Team, IT, Data Science, and Compliance to embed AI capabilities at scale across the global employee lifecycle.
  • Sponsor and direct enterprise-wide agile squads, ensuring use cases scale sustainably across regions and business units.

HR Use Case Innovation

  • Serve as the enterprise thought leader for AI-enabled HR innovation, identifying and championing breakthrough use cases that redefine employee experience, talent mobility, and organizational agility.
  • Engage directly with global leaders to reimagine how AI transforms workforce strategies, from skills intelligence to predictive talent analytics.

Governance & Responsible AI

  • Shape and influence enterprise AI governance, ensuring that UKG sets industry-leading standards for ethical, inclusive, and transparent adoption.
  • Act as a senior voice in UKG's AI Center of Excellence, guiding global policy and regulatory alignment.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption by designing executive-level change strategies, playbooks, and adoption scorecards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, ensuring that AI adoption is embraced across all levels of the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Data Science, or related field; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
  • 18+ years of progressive experience in talent development, organizational design, learning innovation, or HR strategy, including extensive leadership in AI/technology-enabled transformation.
  • Strong technical acumen with demonstrated experience and deep understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems (AI platforms, cloud architecture, HRIS, data governance and product development lifecycles) with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, responsible, and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Proven track record of influencing and advising senior executives and shaping enterprise-level HR and workforce strategy in global organizations.
  • Recognized thought leader with visibility in industry forums, publications, or research on AI-enabled HR and workforce innovation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in large-scale change leadership, governance frameworks, and enterprise adoption strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of AI applications in HR, including predictive analytics, personalization, and responsible adoption.

The pay range for this position is $142,100.00 to $204,200.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
