Job Title: Senior Presales Business Consultant

About the Role: We are seeking someone who is passionate about developing and maximizing value attainment. The Value Engineering role is located in the GoTo Market team which supports the customer lifecycle from demand generation through post-sale value realization. This person will be responsible for supporting the overall UKG strategy in attracting and retaining customers. This role requires a deep understanding of both workforce management practices and HCM software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the multiple functions that impact the value customers realize.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospects and customers during a sales-cycle and through research, interviews/discovery and data analysis, determine if there is a business case that supports the products and services as customer is interested in
• Understand and share best practices from other customers through storytelling that apply to that customer determined by the insights gained from the business case development
• Communicate the findings of the business case and recommended practices to a range of roles at the prospect/customer fr om individual contributor to senior executives in HR, IT, Finance & Operations
• Post Sales, engage with customers to evaluate their usage of the solution to determine if they are realizing the expected value of the solution. Make recommendations on how the customer could realize more value.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful execution of industry strategies.
• Innovation: Through your experiences in working with customers, evolve the data insights and business case communication and share those insights with the broader team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Services (MIS), Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, marketing, data analysis, or account management, with a clear understanding of HCM or WFM processes or technology including analytics.
• Skilled in quantifying the impact of solutions and tools to ensure defined and realized value, including ROI analyses. Value engagements may involve data insights, survey design and deployment, and customer interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong sense of urgency, to swiftly complete engagements and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking skills and demonstrated creativity.
• Preferred: Understanding of Human Capital Management software and its applications. General knowledge of the value selling tools, such as Mediafly and Valuecore.

The pay range for this position is $99,800.00 to $143,450.00 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
