About The Role

The UKG Platform Identity team is looking for a Product Manager to join our product team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for our product plans to drive innovative business strategy and execution of key solutions that deliver value to UKG's customers. In this role, you will work with a highly skilled, diverse group of people across the company, managing legacy technology products and services, with a clear focus on evolving and optimizing existing solutions to address our most complex business and technology challenges.

Qualified candidates are highly motivated, have a passion for problem-solving, innovation and collaboration while leading high profile initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes. Ideal candidates have experience working closely with product and engineering leaders and teams, enabling the development of enterprise-level solutions to support high scale, multi-tenant, software as a service suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with overall business objectives
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, research, user experience design, product marketing, and customer support, to deliver high quality solutions that exceed our customers' expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Setting the vision and strategy for your products and services that serve both external and internal customers across different business verticals
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Supporting a global, extensible, platform product strategy
• Championing the definition and creation of key processes and tools that enable the offerings to scale
• Exhibiting abundant imagination, but also ruthlessly prioritizing. (Saying No isn't difficult for you.)
• Being able to go deep into both technical huddles with engineers/architects and strategic discussions with executives
• Managing competing priorities with consistency and transparency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of Product Management experience within a technology-driven organization delivering or managing SaaS applications, application configuration, and application lifecycle management within an Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to collaborate with development partners and communicate complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly understand the dynamic business and evolving compliance needs of our customers
• Strong ability to partner and work in a collaborative team environment to solve business problems
• Proven analytical, decision-making, and team building skills
• Innovative thinker who can leverage UKG's innovative technologies to generate new ideas to solve business problems and drive business outcomes
• Exceptional partnership skills with ability to inspire and lead development team without management authority
• Excellent organizational and time management skills required to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge and experience in the domain of HCM applications highly preferred
• Experience of working with, or building products leveraging AI highly preferred
• We work in a collaborative, hybrid model. Being 3 days in the office per week from day one is a requirement. Local candidates are highly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $70,100.00 to $131,500.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
