About the Role
The UKG Pro HR Product team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product team. As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for our product plans to drive innovative business strategy and execution of key solutions for UKG's HR solution. In this role, you will work with a highly skilled, diverse group of people across the company and globe to address our top customer needs.
Qualified candidates are highly motivated, innovative and solution-driven with experience in defining and delivering forward-thinking end-to-end solutions across the entire suite. Ideal candidates have experience working closely with product and engineering leaders and teams, enabling the development of enterprise-level solutions to support high scale, multi-tenant, software as a service product suite.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Partnering with our other product leaders, product marketing, user experience design, research, engineering, architecture, customer support, etc. to build, test, and deliver new product experiences for our customers
- Aligning functionality to business goals with measurable business impact
- Setting the vision and strategy for your products and services that serve both external and internal customers across different business verticals
- Exhibiting abundant imagination, but also ruthlessly prioritizing. (Saying No isn't difficult for you.)
- Being able to go deep into both technical huddles with engineers/architects and lead/participate in strategic discussions with executives
- Managing competing priorities with consistency and transparency
- Successfully collaborating with partners throughout the company to ensure success
- Ability to understand competitor offerings and work to provide a solution that is a clear differentiator
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years in product management at a technology-driven organization, ideally in a global environment
Preferred
-You have previous experience in the HCM technology-
You're an analytical, metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach
-You have a history of listening to customers, understanding their needs and creating improvements to meet those needs
-You have a strong track record of shaping and executing strategy for products through a roadmap and tight collaboration with engineering
-You learn new technologies quickly and can comfortably and effectively discuss the tradeoffs and benefits of various approaches with your product/engineering peers
-You're committed to collaboration and can work well with other business units to build iterative solutions that continuously deliver value
-You are passionate about product management as a practice
-You are a firm believer in a growth-based change mindset

The pay range for this position is $142,100.00 to $204,200.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
