About the Team:
Conversational AI Reporting & Analytics Team
UKG is seeking a results-driven Principal Product Manager to lead the delivery and scale of conversational AI reporting and analytics across our HCM and Workforce Management platforms.
This role is accountable for translating AI innovation into secure, scalable, enterprise-grade capabilities that drive measurable customer adoption and revenue growth. You will own roadmap execution, align cross-functional teams, and ensure conversational AI reporting solutions are delivered on time, at quality, and with clear business impact.
About the Role:
- Own and execute the product roadmap for conversational AI reporting and analytics, delivering incremental value through well-defined releases.
- Translate strategic vision into prioritized backlogs, clear requirements, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver production-ready NLQ, generative insights, summarization, and conversational dashboard capabilities.
- Define acceptance criteria, model evaluation metrics, and quality benchmarks to ensure accuracy, performance, and trust.
- Lead discovery, pilots, and beta programs, incorporating feedback into rapid iteration cycles.
- Drive cross-functional execution across AI/ML, platform engineering, UX, security, legal, and go-to-market teams.
- Establish and track KPIs including adoption, engagement, accuracy, performance, retention, and revenue contribution.
- Ensure responsible AI governance, compliance, and role-based security controls are embedded into all releases.
- Support sales enablement, field readiness, pricing, and packaging to accelerate market adoption.
- Manage customer escalations related to conversational AI reporting, driving root-cause resolution and continuous product improvement.

About You:
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, including WFM and HCM platforms.
- Demonstrated experience delivering reporting, analytics, or BI products at scale.
- Proven track record shipping AI/ML or generative AI solutions into production environments.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional execution and drive delivery in complex, matrixed organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Healthcare Labor Productivity and workforce analytics use cases.
- Experience delivering secure, governed AI solutions with explainability and role-based access controls.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

The pay range for this position is $163,900.00 to $235,550.00 USD. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
