About the Role:
The UKG National Trust Bank (NTB) provides payment services and fiduciary management of client funds. This provides enhanced risk management, which supports growth. The company has robust systems and employees which the NTB will leverage for the benefit of the company. The governance provided through a bank charter provides uniformity and efficiency for the payment services flow of funds and investment of client funds.
UKG National Trust Bank Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Trust Officer will lead the bank's financial and trust operations. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO/Trust Officer will be responsible for leading the financial areas, managing the trust operations and the fiduciary trust accounts as delegated by the Board of Directors and in conjunction with the President & CEO.
The CFO/Trust Officer will provide critical insight and leadership in finance, accounting, treasury, and fiduciary investment of client funds. This leader will partner closely with the CEO and other C-suite executives to drive data-informed decisions and serve as the primary liaison with the UKG affiliates.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee trust and fiduciary activity of UKG NTB and its policies and procedures related to the same. Administration of Fiduciary Powers to comply with 12 CFR Sec. 9.4.
- Fiduciary Client Funds Management: Work with the Board and management to comply with the Trust and Investment Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee to ensure fiduciary activities fully comply with all requirements
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking; deliver actionable insights that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Affiliate Liaison: serve as the primary liaison with the UKG financial and audit affiliates.
- Accounting and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Operational Excellence: Lead finance and trust operations
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance organization with a strong focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About You:
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a CFO or equivalent executive bank finance role
- Proven bank experience management and investment of liquidity and capital pursuant to board of directors and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with call report filing OCC and audit examinations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years in a banking leadership role including 10 as a CFO or executive
- Bachelor's degree

The pay range for this position is $202k to $290k, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
