Sr Strategic Alliance Manager will serve as a member of the Global Partners & Ecosystems OEM Team responsible for managing numerous new & existing product launch, integration and implementation initiatives. Duties will include:
• Working closely with the product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to
support existing strategic partnerships as well as launch new technology partnerships
and ensure that partnership and integration strategy is in line with business initiatives
throughout the organization.
• Setting and driving global go-to-market strategy for UKG partnerships.
• Maintaining direct and active relationships with existing partners, including proactively
resolving business, technical, and sales channel issues and serving as an internal
advocate.
• Defining partnership requirements, producing qualitative and quantitative analysis of
program performance, aggregating feedback, and exploring new strategic
opportunities.
• Coordinating joint sales activities and driving new business opportunities with key
partners.
• Working closely with customers and partners to setup and activate products and
services
• Keeping up to date on global industry news and Workforce Management/Human
Capital Management trends to drive strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Work experience equivalent
• 8+ years in a Partner Account management role supporting the partner network
Preferred Qualifications:
• Work closely with the executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch new partnerships and ensure that partnership and integration strategy is in line with business initiatives throughout the organization.
• Influence global product and go-to-market strategy for UKG.
• Maintain direct and active relationships with Carrier and H&W partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and sales channel issues and serving as an internal advocate.
• Define partnership requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of program performance, aggregate feedback, and explore new strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate joint sales activities and drive new business opportunities with key partners.
• Keep up to date on global industry news, HCM, WFM, and H&W trends to drive strategy.
• Strong Carrier/Broker, Health and Wellbeing, and/or Human Capital Management industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills conducive to collaboration with both internal and external partners.
• Must be able to set relationship goals and successfully prioritize initiatives.
• A strategic thinker, self-starter, and outcome-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be flexible and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

The pay range for this position is $88,700.00 to $127,500.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
