You will be highly collaborative, working with a diverse set of partners: external customers such as Buyers, Admin users, HR users, and employees, as well as internal customers who implement and deliver our products. As an expert in your product area, you will serve as the product lead for cross-functional development teams, guiding initiatives and ensuring successful execution for mature and evolving global products within the Time and Labor domain.
As a Lead Product Manager, your focus will be on deeply understanding the Time and Labor market, customer needs, technical possibilities, and business impact.
