Objective

Deliver high-quality integration solutions and consulting services for UKG Workforce Management (WFM/Dimensions), partnering cross-functionally and with customers to design, build, and deploy integrations that meet business requirements-while exemplifying UKG behaviors and customer-centric delivery.

Role Summary

As a P3 Senior Regional Integration Consultant, you will own complex integration workstreams, operate independently across the full lifecycle, and serve as a go-to advisor for high-impact customers. You'll proactively shape solutions, lead customer interactions-especially in difficult/sensitive contexts-and mentor peers while driving predictable delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced/complex issues; map custom business requirements to technical solutions and build non-templated Boomi integrations as needed.
• Lead internal and external meetings, manage integration timelines, communicate changes proactively, and coordinate across multi-team programs.
• Consistently lead stakeholder meetings; handle escalated or sensitive customers independently with strong presence and judgment.
• Drive integration discovery and scoping for higher-complexity efforts; advise on risks, trade-offs, and rollout strategies.
• Consult on higher-complexity issues, identify process/technology improvements, and lead team projects with limited risk when required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Industry/Consulting experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of UKG WFM product lines/modules with sustained experience delivering complex WFM integrations (baseline 3+ years in WFM; P3 demonstrates advanced mastery).
• Advanced proficiency in Boomi and related tools; capable of building complicated integrations without templates; strong facility across SQL and XML; able to consult on higher-complexity issues.
• Works independently, requiring guidance only in the most complex situations; mentors others; exhibits strong UKG presence with customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; UKG WFM and/or Boomi certifications preferred.

• Impacts day-to-day operations through comprehensive proficiency in tools, systems, and procedures.
• Independently exercises judgment within defined practices; drives improvements and coaches peers.
