Director, Product Management - One View (Advanced, Compliance, Receipting and Payments)

We are seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our One View global payroll product pillar, with a focus on Advanced Capabilities, Compliance, Receipting, and Payments. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving innovation, ensuring regulatory alignment, and delivering seamless global payroll experiences.

You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver market-leading solutions that meet the evolving needs of multinational organizations.

• Define and champion the product vision and roadmap for One View's advanced capabilities, compliance, receipting, and payments.
• Own the full product lifecycle - from ideation and requirements to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with customers, internal stakeholders, and market analysts to validate product direction and ensure competitive differentiation.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.
• Align team goals with broader business objectives and ensure delivery against strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence and align product strategy across the organization.

• Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and detailed functional specifications.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

• Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, representing UKG at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product innovation and compliance strategy.

• Proven ability to lead a product pillar through the full development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Skilled in problem-solving: diagnosing business challenges, feature gaps, and technical bugs, and collaborating with technology teams to resolve them.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to write clear, systematic functional specifications.
• Ability to facilitate product design workshops and cross-functional sessions.
• Confidently present platform updates to internal teams and customers.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a people management role.
• Demonstrated success in owning and delivering complex SaaS products, ideally in HR, payroll, financial, or compliance domains.
• Experience in multinational HR or payroll software is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Comfortable engaging with executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers.
