About the Team
You'll join our Enterprise Solutions & Experience organization, a global team driving innovation, modernization, and operational excellence across infrastructure and network operations. This team plays a critical role in enabling seamless employee experiences and secure, scalable services for our rapidly growing company.

About the Role
As Director of Infrastructure, you'll lead the transformation and ongoing management of our global infrastructure environment. You will guide strategy and execution for both on premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), modernize our data centers, and deliver an automation first approach to operations.

In this role, you will:

• Shape and deliver the strategy for global data infrastructure, including server, storage, and network platforms.
• Drive modernization of legacy environments with a clear migration path to cloud services.
• Lead global data center facilities and enterprise networks to ensure performance, availability, and resilience.
• Implement automation for provisioning, monitoring, and incident response to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Partner with security, applications, and business teams to align infrastructure with enterprise needs.
• Build and mentor a high performing global team of engineers, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee budgets to ensure investments deliver measurable value.

About You
You are a strategic leader who enjoys solving complex challenges and inspiring teams. You thrive in dynamic, fast paced environments and bring a strong track record of building reliable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure services at scale. You like to get your hands dirty working shoulder to shoulder with your team in enabling the business

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer science or equivalent majors
• 10+ years of experience leading IT infrastructure and cloud operations in large scale enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with on premises technologies.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and practices (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Infrastructure as Code).
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise networking and managing customer facing services

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to lead global teams and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems and leading cloud migration programs.
• Background in enterprise networking and data center design.
• Demonstrated success driving digital transformation initiatives.

The pay range for this position is $159,900 to $229,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
