Position Overview:
The Customer Lifecycle Marketing team is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Program Manager to lead customer marketing initiatives focused on driving customer renewals and reducing churn. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers continue to experience the value of UKG solutions, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to work cross-functionally, leveraging insights and resources from various departments to create impactful programs that address both reactive and proactive customer retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program Development and Execution:
o Design and implement comprehensive marketing programs aimed at reducing customer churn and increasing renewals.
o Develop strategies to identify customers at risk of attrition and create targeted interventions to retain them.
o Create proactive programs that encourage customer engagement and actions associated with high retention rates.
o Assist Renewals team in creating communication and content to assure a smooth renewal experience
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, Product Management, and Analytics teams to gather insights and align on program objectives.
o Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive execution of retention strategies.
• Customer Insights and Analytics:
o Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and risk factors associated with churn.
o Utilize insights to inform program design and measure the effectiveness of retention initiatives.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting:
o Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of retention programs.
o Regularly report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years proven experience in marketing program management, with a focus on customer retention and churn reduction.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

The pay range for this position is $78,800.00 to $113,300.00 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
