About the Role
Join our dynamic team at UKG as a Level 2 Business Program Manager, where you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating key programs that contribute to the success of our organization. As a Business Program Manager, you will be involved in the planning and execution of programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the achievement of program objectives. This position is ideal for an individual with a foundational understanding of program management principles and a desire to grow within a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to gather program requirements and establish objectives.
- Break down program tasks and responsibilities, assigning them to team members and tracking progress.
- Maintain program schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
- Facilitate communication among program team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers in addressing project challenges.
- Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and issues
- Create and maintain program documentation, including program plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure all program documentation is organized and accessible.
- Assist in identifying potential program risks and issues.
- Collaborate with senior program managers to develop mitigation plans and solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of program goals with overall business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Entry-level experience in program management or a related field (internship experience is acceptable).
- Basic understanding of program management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and program management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

The pay range for this position is $62,300 to $89,550, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
