About the Team:
Join our dynamic Project Management Office within the One View team, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our Project Management team in delivering top-tier global payroll services to our valued customers. We're seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the development and operation of our Capacity Management function within One View.

About the Role:
As the Business Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing the capacity within our Professional Services team to ensure efficient delivery of our products. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to align capacity with demand and optimize resource utilization.
You'll be entrusted with the critical task of ensuring ample capacity to meet the evolving needs of One View's sales operations. Your overarching responsibility will involve crafting and maintaining a comprehensive capacity plan, while also keeping senior management informed about capacity demands and future resource needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in maximizing the utilization of existing capacity while strategically planning for future growth.
Collaborating closely with various departments, including pre-sales and operations, you'll analyze and advise on capacity requirements, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational objectives and customer expectations. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful change and contribute to the ongoing success of our global payroll service delivery.

Responsibilities:
Strategy and Development:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive capacity planning vision and strategy, including policies, processes, and procedures to enhance operational performance.
General and Task Management:
• Take ownership of capacity planning and resource management within the One View platform.
• Lead capacity planning activities to meet operational requirements effectively.
• Continuously refine plans to anticipate and meet evolving customer needs.
• Evaluate current capacity, develop operational plans, and forecast future demand.
• Implement and maintain tools and processes for effective capacity planning and performance monitoring.
• Analyze data and trends to identify and address operational issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive initiatives to optimize capacity utilization and maximize return on investment.
Relationship Management:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather accurate information for capacity planning.
• Work closely with presales teams to understand and anticipate future demands.
• Regularly communicate plans and forecasts to internal stakeholders and adjust as needed to optimize resource allocation.
• Participate in meetings to address issues and risks related to capacity and demand.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to reconcile variances from original plans and ensure alignment with forecast projections.
• Provide internal stakeholders with access to relevant data, statistical analysis, and performance metrics.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in capacity planning, resource planning, or operations management within a relevant industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading capacity planning initiatives and optimizing resource utilization.
• Experience in analyzing data, interpreting trends, and developing actionable insights to support capacity planning decisions.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align capacity with demand.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently on daily tasks with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.
