About the Team:

The Benefit Broker Team is seeking experienced strategic partner manager to enhance, expand and strengthen our partnerships with local benefit brokers. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Broker Channel Rep to join our team. This pivotal role involves driving growth by developing and managing key partnerships with National Benefit Brokers. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of building strong relationships, negotiating deals, and leveraging Benefit Broker partnerships to achieve business goals.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Broker Channel Rep to join UKG's Benefit Broker Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing, expanding, and strengthening our partnerships with Local Benefit Brokers. You'll work closely with sales teams to drive growth, generate pipeline opportunities, and influence revenue through a thriving broker network.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in alliance management, a proven track record of building high-impact partnerships, and the ability to align broker strategy with UKG's business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Manage Broker Relationships

  • Proactively build relationships with local Benefit Brokers through networking, local industry events, and professional channels.
  • Maintain consistent communication with brokers, providing insights, tools, and support to strengthen partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for assigned broker partners.

Pipeline Development

  • Collaborate with brokers to identify and generate qualified leads for UKG's solutions.
  • Track broker-sourced leads and pipeline activity using CRM tools to ensure visibility and accountability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with regional UKG sales teams to align broker engagement strategies and maximize referral outcomes.
  • Share broker insights and coordinate joint efforts to ensure a seamless experience for brokers and prospects.

Channel Success Metrics

  • Referral Volume & Quality: Drive and monitor the number of high-quality leads generated through broker referrals.
  • Broker Engagement: Evaluate success of broker-led and joint events based on attendance, engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Network Growth: Expand and deepen relationships within the broker ecosystem across assigned territory.
  • Revenue Influence: Meet or exceed broker-influenced lead and revenue targets.
  • Partner Satisfaction: Maintain high satisfaction levels with broker partners through ongoing communication and responsiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years' experience in Business Development, Alliances, Consulting, or Software Sales.
  • Experience in HCM, Workforce Management, Payroll, or Benefits sales or alliances.
  • 5+ year direct broker or broker partnership experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%+ as needed to attend broker meetings and events.
  • Background working with consulting firms, private equity, advisory firms, or technology partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in relationship management and strategic partnerships, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to internal and external audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive mutual outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate and share a long-term vision for broker partnerships.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with both sales stakeholders and external partners.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales models.

The pay range for this position is$112,300 to $161,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
