UKG seeks a strategic, results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Program Manager - Enterprise B2B to lead the design and execution of high-impact, personalized campaigns for top enterprise accounts. As a pivotal member of our strategic engagement marketing team, you'll orchestrate tailored experiences that engage executive decision-makers, accelerate deals, and deepen long-term relationships.

- Analyze account data and signals to prioritize and develop personalized ABX strategies for key enterprise accounts.
- Define engagement approaches and allocate marketing resources based on account opportunity and alignment with sales teams.

- Collaborate closely with account teams to ensure ABX strategies support overall account plans.
- Design and execute customized, multi-channel campaigns, including email, events, and digital outreach, for targeted accounts.
- Create compelling buyer journeys to initiate, nurture, or reengage executive decision-makers in strategic accounts.
- Align marketing campaign content and timing with various sales stages and opportunity timelines.
- Share account insights and coordinate marketing tactics to support pursuit and deal-stage activities.
- Develop and execute post-deal ABX programs to nurture long-term relationships and drive customer growth.
- Measure and report on account engagement, pipeline influence, and campaign effectiveness to leadership.
- Continuously optimize ABX strategies using performance data, account feedback, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

About You:
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on Account Based Marketing (ABM) /Account Based Experiences (ABX), strategic campaign management
- Experience marketing to c-suite roles within the upper enterprise (Fortune 500) market segment
- Hands on expertise with 6sense (strongly preferred) or Demandbase, including full platform implementation, management and optimization

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing and executing targeted marketing programs for large, complex, global accounts with demonstrated success in a SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account planning, and buyer behavior in complex B2B environments
- Proven ability to translate account insights, data, and buying signals into targeted, results-driven marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships with marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders

- Hands-on experience in designing and enabling solutions using 6sense or Demandbase platforms

Minimum qualification:
Hands-on expertise with 6sense (strongly preferred) or Demandbase, including full platform implementation, management, and optimization.

The base salary range for this position is $88,700 to $127,500; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
