Your role
Are you an experienced initiative manager with a track record of driving the success of large scale, complex initiatives? Do you enjoy managing the day-to-day progress of multiple inter-linked activities? Do you want to play a key role in transforming UBS into an agile organization?
We're looking for an Initiative Manager to:
• manage the WMUS's digital team's scope of work on 2 critical initiatives: 1) Reg BI / Call Notes and 2) Actimize Implementation
• lead the team in finalizing and clearly articulating the change requirements
• establish practical and achievable timelines for the build, test, and delivery efforts
• drive and support the delivery of a variety of teams across multiple WM products, business functions and platforms

• provide transparency of status and progress on the initiatives, and drive the resolution of issues that arise across the work streams
• coordinate user feedback and testing in support of the user experience design work.
• coordinate end-to-end solution testing efforts and test result signoffs with SMEs across the Business, Operations and IT
• prepare and deliver initiative updates to senior leaders and stakeholders within the organization
• collaborate with other key platform owners to drive towards a fully integrated experience and solution design

Your team
The Field and Operational Platforms team is responsible for transformational strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors, support professionals, and our clients. One key component of the program is providing Financial Advisors and Field Leaders with leading technology platforms to manage risk and meet regulatory requirements. We work in an Agile environment, and in close partnership with our control partners in Legal, Risk, and Compliance to improve our risk management capabilities. You will be responsible for managing two of UBS' key Risk Management initiatives that aim to address changing regulations and improve risk management capabilities. This first initiative (Reg BI / Call Notes) seeks to enhance the tools supporting Financial Advisors ability to capture notes and information from their client interactions. This is a complex initiative spanning several of our key platforms and working closely with our risk management partners and user experience design team. The second initiative (Actimize Implementation) is a multi-year program to implement Actimize's Surveil-X software to enhance and simplify our portfolio of supervisory applications.

Your expertise
• bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• ideally 10 plus years of experience in Wealth Management
• proven experience in and deep-subject matter expertise of the financial services industry, wealth management, operational processes, risk management and regulatory framework
• experience leading and delivering largescale cross-enterprise programs and teams
• highly motivated independent leader with a strong work ethic
• experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
• ability to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts including managing relationships with industry partners and other teams
• excellent analytical, process-oriented, problem-solving, and issues-resolution skills
• ability to manage ambiguity and bring focus with recommendations on solving tactical and strategic challenges
• strong interpersonal skills - freely develops networks, builds consensus, and prioritizes effectively
