Your role

Do you have an interest in regulatory frameworks and in analyzing and substantiating financial information and its impact on regulatory metrics? Do you have an accounting background and strong leadership skills?

We're looking for Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist to:

• lead and manage the IHC Regulatory Reporting team responsible for preparing, analyzing, and filing regulatory reports such as the FR Y-9C, FR Y-15, FR 2590, and TIC reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• partner with Compliance & Operational Risk on transaction testing exceptions and remediate issues where necessary
• lead interaction with Federal Reserve as well as internal and external auditors
• develop regulatory rule interpretations and collaborate with accounting policy group based on FRB report instructions to minimize reporting risks

Your team

You will be working with and managing deliverables for the Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) Regulatory Reporting team responsible for submitting reports to the Federal Reserve.

Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting and ideally 8+ of relevant experience (CPA and/or Masters in Finance/Accounting is a plus)
• Extensive experience in regulatory reporting production; specifically FR Y-9C, FR Y-15, FR 2590, FR Y-9LP, FR Y-12, and TIC reports; knowledge of other regulatory reports is a plus
• knowledgeable of in Axiom reporting platform
• change management experience; Agile framework experience using JIRA or GITLAB is a plus
• ability to develop and nurture relationship with regulators through accurate, transparent, and timely communication
• ability to manage time-sensitive production deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently
• advanced proficiency in MS excel and PowerPoint
