About the Role
We're looking for a highly driven and strategic Supply Operations Manager to join the Egypt Uber Shuttle team. This role will focus on managing and growing our most critical supply relationships while leading cross-functional initiatives that drive long-term supply health and operational excellence.
You'll play a key role in developing and scaling Uber Shuttle's supply strategy in Cairo, ensuring high fulfillment performance, optimizing incentive spend, and enabling the onboarding of new fleet partners. You'll also serve as the team's performance and payments owner and lead our supply sourcing engine.
What the Candidate Will Do:
- Own relationships with a portfolio of fleet partners, ensuring healthy engagement, reliable operations, and long-term growth.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract rollouts with partners.
- Design and monitor performance dashboards to track fulfillment and bonus effectiveness.
- Act as the supply team's Fleet Sourcing Process Owner - track sourcing funnel performance, improve tooling, and drive outreach strategy.
- Collaborate with Network, CommOps, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless FP onboarding and support.
- Identify underperformance trends and lead problem-solving across supply quality, payment accuracy, and operational friction.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on partner performance, supply growth, and fulfillment metrics.

What the Candidate Will Need:
- Min 3 years of experience in operations, strategy, business development, or supply chain/logistics roles (experience with external stakeholders is a strong plus).
- Proven ability to own partner relationships and solve cross-functional challenges.
- Strong analytical skills (Google Sheets, SQL) and comfort working with operational KPIs.
- High ownership mindset - you're comfortable working independently and influencing across teams.
- Strong project management and process optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and Arabic).
- Strong understanding of Egyptian local supply market.

- Experience in marketplace operations, transportation/logistics, or scaling B2B partnerships.
- Familiarity with incentive modeling and performance-based pay structures.
- Exposure to contract-based fleet models or aggregator-based marketplaces.
