Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth (Earner)

About the Role
As the Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth you will own the strategy and execution of initiatives that grow and sustain our earner base. This includes managing incentives as one of several levers, optimising funnel conversion, and tracking earner earnings to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace. The role requires strong analytical capability, with SQL a must, as you'll be hands-on with data to measure impact and drive improvements across supply health.
The Impact You'll Have
- Own and manage end-to-end supply metrics across acquisition, retention, and earnings
- Design, execute, and optimise incentives programs as part of a broader supply growth strategy
- Analyse and monitor earner earnings, ensuring Uber remains competitive in the ANZ market
- Identify and address funnel barriers to improve onboarding and activation of new earners
- Build and maintain reporting for key supply metrics, ensuring clear visibility of trends, risks and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Marketplace to align supply growth strategies
- Provide deep analytical insights to inform spend allocation, campaign design, and supply planning
- Represent supply metrics in leadership discussions, ensuring data-driven recommendations guide decisions
The Experience You'll Bring
- Background: 4-7 years' experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or analytics in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solving: Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive solutions using data-driven insights.
- Analytical skills: Proficiency in SQL is required. Strong experience with Excel/Sheets and powerpoint
- Communication: Ability to clearly present complex data and recommendations in a concise way
- Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively across multiple teams and geographies

- Exposure to incentives, pricing, or growth strategy highly valued.
