Strategy & Operations Manager, Restaurant Selection

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results driven individual to lead the definition and execution of our Early Life Cycle (ELC) Success and Churn Strategy. As a Strategy & Operations Manager reporting to the Restaurant Selection lead, you will own the end-to-end strategy to improve restaurants' early performance and reduce churn. You'll use data and insights to identify key pain points, define success metrics and implement scalable initiatives to drive improvements.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement holistic Early Lifecycle (ELC) and Churn management strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
- Support and contribute to the broader customer selection strategy, leading the planning and execution of ELC and Churn initiatives
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with global and local stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and other key teams
- Develop and manage performance dashboards to monitor KPIs, generate insights and inform strategic decision-making

What You'll Need
- 3+ years experience in analytics, strategy or related experience; some high-growth operations/startup experience is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional Excel/data management skills, including SQL and building dashboards via Sheets
- Logical mindset - Making decisions and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and a commercial/operational mindset
- Collaborative - Loves working with cross-functional teams to address issues as a team
- Independent - Self-motivated, comfortable ideating own views and possesses strong organization and time management skills
