About the Role

We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team and lead scalable projects across Central America, South America, and the Caribbean (CASA) region within our delivery marketplace. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, aligning supply with market demand, improving quality metrics, and implementing best practices from both regional and global perspectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative approach. You'll be someone who can independently move projects forward while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the operational success of our CASA markets-particularly within OFD (Online Food Delivery)-and contribute to innovation and growth across multiple lines of business.

What You'll Do

Scalable Projects & Incentive Optimization

  • Design and implement scalable strategies that improve incentive programs across all markets and business lines.
  • Use insights to enhance the quality of earners and ensure supply meets changing market demands.

Operational Excellence & Best Practices

  • Analyze market-specific challenges and provide innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Regularly evaluate and implement best practices to drive continuous operational improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with regional teams, as well as product and analytics partners, to develop scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and service quality.

Strategic Roadmap Management

  • Create and manage an operational roadmap to support sustainable business growth and elevate the user experience.
  • Identify key opportunities, define goals, and prioritize initiatives that drive measurable impact.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or Python is required.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with comfort working with data (e.g., reports, experiments, pricing models).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with big databases
  • A proactive mindset, ownership of work, and the ability to balance both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and leading initiatives that drive results.

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Python, process automation, or advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a passion for continuous improvement and operational best practices.
