About the Role
We're looking for a collaborative and impact-driven Strategy & Operations Coordinator to join our Delivery team in Chile. In this role, you'll focus on improving key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive marketplace health-ultimately helping build a top-tier operational engine that delivers outstanding experiences for earners, customers, and partners alike.
You'll be part of the Earner & Marketplace team, supporting one of the fastest-growing regions globally.
What You'll Do
- Analyze marketplace data: Monitor performance metrics, uncover operational gaps, and deliver insights to inform real-time decisions.
- Improve and scale processes: Partner with Operations, Regional, and Product teams to design and enhance systems that boost performance, efficiency, and satisfaction.
- Drive business growth: Lead and support strategic initiatives that create long-term value across markets. You'll help shape and roll out impactful projects that elevate the delivery experience.
- Collaborate across teams: Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, test solutions, and continuously improve the way we operate.

What You'll Need
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business consulting, investment banking, operations, or a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of data literacy-comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL, with a willingness to learn new tools quickly
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a curious mindset-excited to work in a collaborative, fast-moving team
- Clear, concise communication skills in both written and verbal formats
Bonus Points
- Experience with Python and API integrations
- Background working with cross-functional teams in dynamic, diverse markets
- A passion for improving the day-to-day experience of customers and partners
