We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our Strategic Operations team for Retail business in the CASA team (Central & South America). If you're passionate about building smart, scalable solutions to complex problems and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the role for you.

As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping our strategy and optimizing operations across the country. You'll partner with Commercial, Catalog, Marketplace and other Central Ops teams to design and lead high-impact initiatives. Your work will directly influence the experience of consumers, merchants, and delivery partners, making our platform more efficient and reliable.

1. Identify, scope, and lead high-impact projects that improve marketplace reliability, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.
2. Detect and act on key opportunities to elevate the platform experience for users, merchants, and delivery partners.
3. Own end-to-end project management: from ideation and planning to execution and post-analysis.
4. Analyze large datasets to extract insights, trends, and guide strategic decisions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Finance, and Support to turn insights into impactful actions.

---- Basic Qualifications ----

1. 0-2 years of business experience driving scaled operations, strategy, or project/program management.
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint mainly).
3. Advanced SQL Skills
4. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for senior stakeholders.
5. Excellent business judgment and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision-making mindset.
6. Proficient English speaker

1. Experience in marketplace platforms or on-demand services is a strong plus.
2. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
3. Demonstrated success in solving complex problems and designing innovative solutions.
4. Leadership skills; involve everyone needed to implement action plans. Teamwork is key.
5. Organizational skills; be able to divide projects into small chronological tasks making sure to follow up and follow through.
6. Be data driven and action oriented.
7. Multitasking; leading more than one project at the same time.
8. Comfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and an ability to operate autonomously.
9. AI tooling knowledge and application to support decisions and optimize workloads
