As a Strategy & Operations Associate for our Retail vertical in Mexico, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, business insights, and cross-functional alignment. Whether it's launching new initiatives, building governance frameworks, or analyzing performance data, you'll help shape how we grow and win in Retail.
What You'll Do
- Drive Business Insights: Own weekly and monthly reporting processes, delivering performance insights that highlight what's working, what needs attention, and where we go next
- Solve Complex Problems: Tackle ambiguous challenges with structured thinking and data-driven recommendations that lead to tangible business impact
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Strategy & Planning, Local Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execute against key priorities
- Lead Governance & Planning: Manage the rhythm of business for the Retail team in Mexico, including tracking KPIs, coordinating planning cycles, and driving regional consistency

What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, or analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Structured problem-solving mindset: able to bring clarity to complexity and drive decisions through compelling analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Python, R, Stata, or other data tools
- Experience managing strategic or operational projects with multiple stakeholders
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Experience working in marketplace businesses, logistics, or fast-paced tech environments
