As a member of our Strategic Finance team, you'll play a key role in scaling our financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities. Your insights will directly support decision-makers across multiple teams and functions, fueling strategic and operational initiatives that shape the future of our business.

What you'll do
- Lead financial and operational planning in partnership with business leaders, developing financial forecasts and setting operational goals
- Deliver strategic insights by applying financial expertise and business judgment to support new initiatives, product launches, and growth opportunities
- Build and enhance financial models to simplify complex business problems and provide actionable recommendations
- Drive execution excellence by turning strategic thinking into operational results in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with accounting to improve management reporting and gain a deeper understanding of financial actuals
- Continuously learn and adapt, building new technical skills to keep pace with a dynamic business environment
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in roles such as FP&A, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or business operations
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Advanced analytical skills with a knack for building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly models
- Clear, effective communicator who can explain financial concepts to a wide range of stakeholders
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset-you take ownership and follow through
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
- Team-oriented and collaborative-you thrive when working with others toward shared goals
- High attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality work
- Foundational knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with enterprise-level financial systems, SQL, or statistical software is a plus.
