About The Role
Our Uber Eats team is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to help build the POS Technical Account Management function! As our Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for the technical relationship for a group of Enterprise and Mid-Market partners across the LATAM region that wish to integrate their POS systems with the Uber Eats Platform. Our TAM will work closely with our internal and external partners, including engineering, product, product ops, restaurant support, city operations and regional operations to handle and optimize restaurant relationships by providing maximum value for Uber and its partners through POS integration!
What You'll Do
• Work with Global teams such as product and engineering, as well as LATAM based regional sales, operations, legal, etc. to handle key technical relationships with restaurant IT teams and derive maximum value for our partnerships

• Lead the plan and delivery of POS integrations with restaurant partners by handling resourcing, timelines, and dependencies with key partners' input
• Work closely with Strategic and Enterprise restaurant partners across LATAM to implement and successfully launch new Uber Built and Self-Serve POS integrations
• Be responsible for the partner onboarding, technical deployment, and support strategy for both 1:1 and 1:many
• Run the day-to-day delivery of POS integrations and work across all XFN teams to keep POS integrations moving forward
• Be the technical point-of-contact for different restaurant brands mapping up to the CIO level and navigate internal processes to provide the best outcome for clients and our markets
• Lead relationship management with prioritized ecosystem partners and vendors such as POS software providers, POS system integrators, technical consulting partners, and other 3rd-parties
• Assist with the rollout of new Uber Eats API products and features
• Collect product feedback from partners and work with Central Eats Product and Eng teams to prioritize feature requests
What You'll Need
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• 5+ years experience leading and implementing partner technology integrations
• 5+ validated experience effectively engaging with strategic partners
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and solutions such as API's, middleware, SDK's, Scripting & Analytic tools
• Validated program management skills - Able to lead multiple sophisticated engagements simultaneously and move them forward according to project timelines
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Outstanding teammate with consistent track record to lead through influence
• Detail oriented with ability to thrive in fast paced, ambiguous environments
• Willingness to travel to engage client IT teams and stay productive and professional on the road
• Ambitious thinking and the ability to act successfully with only high-level direction is also crucial
• Willingness to travel once in a while to engage client IT teams and stay productive and professional on the road
Bonus Points
• Proficiency in Portuguese
• Ability to write SQL to retrieve data and perform intermediate-level analytical operations to glean business insight
